Career Background

A qualified Accountant, Phil spent over a decade in senior finance and business affairs roles within the Young & Rubicam group of companies, before being appointed European Finance Director and Business Affairs Director of Wunderman Worldwide in 1998.

From Finance to Construction

From 2000, Phil worked independently as a financial consultant, supporting the significant growth of a private construction company through private equity funding. This hands-on experience in the construction sector gave him a first-hand understanding of the challenges sites face — and led him to identify a gap in the market for reliable, high-quality welfare services.

Founding Sitech

In 2002, Phil founded Sitech to provide support services to the construction industry. Under his leadership, Sitech Loos London has grown to become a trusted provider of portable toilet hire and welfare facilities across London and the South East, serving both the construction and events sectors.
